We want you to love your soap. If a bar isn't right for you, here's how to return it.
Eligibility
- Unopened, unused bars in original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to return
Email hello@elementsoap.ca with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged in transit?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement — no return required.
